THE STORY OF A GIRL AND HER DEMON.

A strange thing happens when Mandy Black touches someone — she sees their sins. Unfortunately, visions are the least of her problems. A talking pug named Scorch has informed her that she's half-demon, her father Asmodeus (one of the Seven Kings of Hell) has been assassinated, and his enemies are now coming for her.

Scorch's job is to protect Mandy, bring her back to Hell, and help her reclaim her father's throne. Mandy has other plans: pass her finals, graduate from middle school, and get out of St. Francis before demonic hitmen kill her.
