Physical items may be returned in their original, unread condition for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not accept returns on digital downloads.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you — just send us a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out.
